Bell peppers ( red, green, yellow)-1/2 each
Lemon juice- 2 tablespoon
Strawberries-5 to 6
Salad Leaves- 3
Boiled chickpeas- 1/2 cup
Olive Oil-1/2 cup
Lemon juice-1/4 cup
Dijon mustard- 1 tablespoon
Garlic chopped- 1/2 teaspoon
salt to taste
Black pepper-1 teaspoon
- In a sauce bottle, add all the salad dressing ingredients and shake them well.
- Now, in a bowl add chopped cabbage, bell peppers, lemon juice, chickpeas, salad leaves, fruits and give them a mix.
- Now drizzle dressing on the salad and again give it a mix.
